Israel Had A Son, Who Is The Savior. And, He's Coming To Earth
"Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things," Revelation 4:1.
The world cannot get rid of this tiny nation of Israel. That's because God is in charge. Israel will produce a Savior and, this fact
demands that the nation
has to
be ongoing.
Even though we know that Israel became recognized by other nations in 1948, we are,
also aware that God
has always taken care of Him people since Abraham. Once we
realize this
fact, His Word
becomes much
easier
to grasp – even when we come to the Book of Revelation.
After we read of God's glorious Being; as it is presented in Chapter 5 of Revelation, we see a
book that John sees;
which could not be
opened.
This blessed Apostle is so moved that it causes John to weep.
But, one of
the elders tells John, "Stop weeping, behold the Lion that is from the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has over come so
as to open
the book and the seven seals" (5:5).
The angel that John was watching, broke the seals of the book and, in Chapter 8, seven trumpets begin to sound. The earth gets a lot of bad things placed on it during the sounding of the Trumpets. But, our hope is found in Chapter 11:15 of Revelation – the coming
kingdom on earth and Jesus reigning over it.
Amen! "The kingdom of this world has become the kingdom of our Lord, and of His
Christ;
and He will reign forever
and ever,"
Revelation 11:15 b.
The nations do not like this occurrence, one bit. "And the nations were enraged..." (Rev. 11:18 a). Right after, it seems, "...the time came for the dead to be judged, and the time to give their reward to The bond-servants the prophets and to the saints..." takes place (Rev. 11:18).
Revelation goes way back to when Israel had a Son, earlier.
T
hen, we go to the prophetic time
when Israel is hidden – about 2000 yrs.
At this time,
God pours His
wrath upon
the earth (Rev. 12:4-6). And, while it is terrible to read that the army of the
beast takes over the
world, we look at
Chapter 14 and see "... the
Lamb of God standing on Mt. Sinai."
Yes, the Savior continues to live. And, our hope is in His Second Coming. We know that we shall live again. I'm looking to see Mom and Dad; as well as all the Coopers at the coming of Jesus. How about you? (The Coopers were very instrumental in keeping the truth within
the
church. In fact, Ted was preaching when I was gloriously saved).
